  1. Great location

    We had a wonderful holiday in this apartment. So handy to the metro, cafes and all the Marais has to offer. It is a very spacious apartment but be aware if you are two couples staying that you walk through one bedroom to get to the other bedroom.

    Everything about this apartment was perfect for our family of 4! We loved the location, the apartment was quiet at night while still being in a vibrant neighborhood, we had plenty of space with two bathrooms! Would highly recommend!

  3. Le Marais

    The strength of the apartment is the location. In the charming Le Marais district, close to restaurants, metro and various attractions. It is spacious, bright and well ventilated. Improving the entrance door that has given way and there is some difficult opening it and the passage to double room that is made inside the other room taking away the privacy of whoever is in it. Good apartment.

    Pros: Good location Large for Paris apartments Quiet Excellent support from local management company Good kitchen appliances for Paris Cons: Very poor wi-fi; slow, frequent drop outs, very poor reception in main bedroom Kitchen drawers and cupboards cluttered with random utensils and dishes (who needs 27 coffee cups and mugs and two pressure cookers) but lacking a usable chef's knife and normal sized cutting board or sheet pan. Frustrating to do even minimal cooking. Decor and furnishings are minimal, not a great deal of character or charm. A bit pricey
